How can a business participate?

Businesses are, if nothing, else groups of like minded people. We find that our community is a match for many businesses and their culture. However business owners may need to change their paradigm about how they can help their employees plan for unforeseen medical costs. Liberty HealthShare does not allow businesss to act as a group and collect and pay the monthly sharing amount for their employees. Medical Cost Sharing really is a group of individuals and not employers. So it makes sense in the end that we enroll members individually.

Less Than 50 Employees?

This may not be viewed as being as valuable as providing a group benefit, but If you want to contribute part of the payment for cost sharing for the employee, the best thing to do is to stop providing a group insurance plan. Then give the employees a raise in the amount of what your contribution would normally be. Then present them with options such as the Liberty programs explaining what you're personally doing and why and allow them to make their own decisions.

Consider discussing your business and its needs with one of our consultants. 50+ Employees?
