How can a business participate?

Businesses are, if nothing, else groups of like minded people. We find that our community is a match for many businesses and their culture. However business owners may need to change their paradigm about how they can help their employees plan for unforeseen medical costs. Liberty HealthShare does not allow businesss to act as a group and collect and pay the monthly sharing amount for their employees. Medical Cost Sharing really is a group of individuals and not employers. So it makes sense in the end that we enroll members individually.

Less Than 50 Employees?

This may not be viewed as being as valuable as providing a group benefit, but If you want to contribute part of the payment for cost sharing for the employee, the best thing to do is to stop providing a group insurance plan. Then give the employees a raise in the amount of what your contribution would normally be. Then present them with options such as the Liberty programs explaining what you're personally doing and why and allow them to make their own decisions.

Consider discussing your business and its needs with one of our consultants. We can answer all of your questions relating to the program and give you ideas about how to present this change to your employees. The high cost of health insurance premiums is taking its toll on everyone. We feel that both employers and employees are ready and willing to consider other options to pay for unforeseen medical expenses.

We would be glad to provide you with a tracking link and some reporting in addition to other incentives that will help you and your employees who are interested to understand and take advantage of our programs.

If you would like to learn more or get started enrolling your employees, please submit your contact information in the form below. We'll get in touch with you shortly.

50+ Employees?

Unfortunately the ACA requires that employers with more than 50 employees provide minimal insurance options to employees or face penalties. We have dealt with numerous businesses who face this challenge. Our consultants may be able to provide you valuable information that could save your business a great deal of money, allow you to present more options to your employees and reduce the benefits hassles that you currently face. If you're interested in having someone contact you on the phone to consult with you about your situation or to answer any questions you might have about medical cost sharing and the program options available to you, please fill out the form below. We will have someone contact you as soon as possible.
